• Authentication: We use Firebase-based tokens to identify your secure session and ensure you remain logged in while navigating the CV Editor and Tracking Portal.
• Security: Cookies used to protect your data from unauthorized access and prevent technical exploits such as Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF).
• Preference Storage: A technical cookie used to remember your consent choices for non-essential cookies.

B. Feature and Analytical Cookies (Optional)

These cookies allow us to provide enhanced functionality and understand how our tools are utilized. These are only deployed if you provide explicit, affirmative consent.

• Optimization Analytics: We monitor which tools (such as Compatibility Analytics or Content Suggestions) are utilized to help us manage server resources and improve the interface.

• Google Cloud / Firebase: For secure data hosting and user authentication.
• AI Processing Providers: We share text-based professional data with our AI partner (Google Gemini) to generate redraft suggestions. These providers do not use your data to train their foundational models for other customers.

5. Managing Your Privacy Choice

You have the right to decide whether to accept or reject non-essential cookies:

• Consent Banner: You will be presented with a choice to "Accept All" or "Reject All" on your first visit.
• Non-Conditional Access: Choosing to "Reject All" will not prevent you from using the core CV Editor, PDF Export, or your Submission History.
• Browser Settings: You can modify your browser settings to decline all cookies, though this will prevent you from logging into the platform.

6. Data Transfers and Sovereignty

As a global service provider, the cookies we use may result in data being processed in the UAE, KSA, UK, or EU. We ensure all such transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and meet the adequacy requirements of the UAE Data Office and the Saudi SDAIA.
