I. Scope and Consent
This policy applies to all personal data processed by the Sabahra Frontline application. For residents of the UAE and KSA, by checking the consent box during registration, you provide explicit and affirmative consent for the collection and processing of your personal data, including cross-border transfers as described in Section V.
II. Data We Collect
- Identity Data: Full legal name, nationality, and current visa status (to facilitate regional job matching).
- Contact Data: Email address and mobile phone number.
- Professional Data: Comprehensive career history, educational background, skills, and certifications provided via the CV Editor.
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and usage patterns collected via cookies.
- AI Interaction Data: Content submitted to the "AI Polish" or "AI Suggest" tools.
III. Purposes and Lawful Bases
- Provision of Services (Contractual): To generate, host, and export your professional CV.
- AI Enhancement (Consent): To utilize Large Language Models (Gemini API) to optimize your professional summary. Note: AI processing is elective; you may use the editor without AI features.
- Compliance (Legal Obligation): To adhere to RAKEZ regulatory reporting and UAE Federal Law.
IV. AI Processing Disclosure (Right to Human Intervention)
Our "AI Polish" feature uses automated processing to suggest improvements. Under GDPR and UAE Law, you have the right to human intervention. You may manually override any AI-generated text. We do not use "Automated Decision Making" that produces legal effects without your final review.
V. International Data Transfers
Your data is stored on servers located in the EU/US (Firebase/Google Cloud). We ensure protection through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). For KSA users, we comply with PDPL requirements regarding the transfer of data outside the Kingdom for technical processing purposes.
VI. Retention and Deletion
We retain data as long as your account is active. Accounts inactive for more than 24 months will be subject to anonymization or deletion. You may request immediate deletion via support@sabahra.com.
