Sabahra Frontline is a service provided by Sabahra FZ-LLC, a Free Zone Limited Liability Company registered in Ras Al Khaimah (License VUET4486).
Digital Content Delivery: By paying the fee to unlock your CV, you explicitly request immediate performance of the Service and acknowledge that you lose your right to a 14-day "cooling-off" period (standard in UK/EU law) once the digital content is accessed or downloaded.
No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the Service and the immediate delivery of the optimized content, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued once a CV has been unlocked or exported.
Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds may only be considered at the sole discretion of Sabahra FZ-LLC in the event of a verified technical failure where the Service was not delivered as described.

Sabahra FZ-LLC provides automated tools for content enhancement and formatting only; we do not verify the accuracy, legitimacy, or truthfulness of the data provided, including the identity of the user. The user assumes sole legal responsibility for the final CV and its subsequent use. Sabahra FZ-LLC expressly disclaims all liability for any third-party claims, misrepresentations, or consequences arising from the use of a CV generated through this Service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah and the Federal laws of the UAE. Any dispute shall be settled exclusively by the RAK Courts.
